PROGRAM TOPIC: The Mediator as Peacemaker, Forest (Woody) Mosten will talk about the Mediator as Peacemaker. Woody will share tools and techniques to help Mediators navigate today's climate of increasing conflict. We will learn how to help our clients by also infusing peace in the negotiations.
PRESENTER: Forrest (Woody) Mosten has been a mediator in private practice since 1979 and is a Collaborative Family Lawyer who specializes in negotiating fair settlements based on informed client consent.
Woody is the author of several bestselling books in Mediation, Collaborative Practice, and expanding Legal Access and he travels internationally to train professionals to build profitable peacemaking practices. He has dedicated his career to promoting legal access and resolving disputes for underserved and diverse communities. Known globally as a peacemaker and innovator, Woody has mediated conflicts involving families, businesses, schools, community organizations, and more.
